Aid to promote the improvement of energy efficiency and sustainability in homes

- Groupings of homeowners' associations.
- Corporations.

- Climate zones C: 25% savings.
- Alpha, A and B climate zones: 20% savings.
- The year of construction is before 1996.
- 70% of the surface area of the buildings must be destined for residential use.
